I love the way you write, Cameron. You inspire me and so beautifully present God’s perspective to love and serve in the midst of difficult times. I will be participating in the No Kings Protest in Chicago! I will not be silent and I will hold onto hope.
I so look forward to your posts. You inspire me to be a better person. I have shared your posts with several friends, and they feel the same. Thank you so much.
As I leave my suburban home for the No King protest on the streets of Memphis I wonder if we will encounter the National Guard placed there to watch how things go. I’m not afraid at all, our city is aware but not violent. We may have top scores in annual number of homicides (sadly) but political activism here doesn’t usually lead to violence. Maybe we still hear Dr. King’s voice in our ears.
We do not serve a human king, but here in Memphis we do serve a king - Christ the King! Viva Christo Rey!

Repairing the world
calls for no king, yes to sing!
