I loved the inclusion of opportunities and resources as forms of abundance. I am sometimes overwhelmed by the abundance of possible ways I can be of service because I may have a gift/skill set that is useful, or the multitude of inspiring resources such as this Substack! Even the abundance of responsibilities that seem to have a demanding urgency can feel like compressive forces vs opportunities and the elements of my life’s curriculum. Today I felt myself shift a bit from a sense of too muchness and overwhelm triggering exhaustion, to a break through of gratitude that just now in my life I have so many choices and also have capacity for the self leadership needed to choose. I’m blessed.
Oh dear sister! Growing up on a farm how I know the vegetables don’t care about too much. How even after sharing and sharing and sharing some more, there was always plenty (even with seven hungry people).
But I will say that zucchini (of all my favourite breads and muffins to bake and share) are my all time favourite. If I lived in close proximity, I would bake these for days, freeze them, and generously gift them!
Thank you for your wisdom, it was refreshing to read about sharing abundance. We have a tiny farm (in the UK) and know all about abundance especially of squash, courgettes (zucchini), and for us apples, the pigs are big fans of abundance!
