What has and continues to take place is “The Land of the Free” and “In God We Trust” are no longer relevant in The United States of America.
Freedoms are bring stripped away daily and there is no Godly belief in this administration. Nobody is safe in America. The longer Americans remain spectators the worse the American situation gets. To turn this around will take a decade or more.
STAND UP AMERICA BECAUSE YOUR VERY EXISTENCE IS A STAKE!!!
This list is extremely disheartening, yes. But I invite you, and others, to not stop here. We can (and must) uncover and raise up what good is sprouting as these familiar cultural and societal norms are being brought down. Even the smallest good needs to be called out. Caring members of society are cultivating, planting, and growing new systems of community support, not dependent on "uncle sam," but on each other. This is Lateral support. Yes, it may be hard to find in some sectors, but the care is there. Seeds of better are being planted.

Just heard an interview that made me realise that many of the voters who unleashed this horror don't know what is happening due to cuts in public broadcasting. It's the ignorance that's keeping the boat afloat. And then there's the dilemma when the truth is not believed. So 'speak[ing] the truth when others fall silent' does not guarantee that it will be believed. Alas!
