Beautiful reflection, Cameron. What hit me hardest is how fast a country can learn to unsee people. Once a government decides someone no longer has a face, the cruelty writes itself. Advent was always a season about who we notice in the dark. If the holy family showed up today, ICE would have them on a midnight flight before the angels finished warming up. Thank you for putting the light back on the ones our empire tries hardest to erase.
