Thank you. I almost couldn’t believe my ears yesterday when I heard T blame DEI. And Hegseth broke protocol by talking about the military victims so quickly. It’s policy to wait 24 hours before saying anything about them. It all just makes my heart ache. I am praying for all the families and friends and team members of the victims.
If speaking truth to power is ranting, then please rant every day! Thank you for your thoughtfulness about this event and so much else that is going on in the world. Being “in this together” with you makes me feel more hopeful.
Standing strong with full confidence of Integrity of being is the most effective way to reveal the nature of a bully with a wrecking ball attempting to cause damage and destruction and conflict and confusion. A tree is known by its fruit.
Cameron, Thanks for this. Your prayer and your voice spoke to me, and they were used to introduce my morning meditation today. I’ll also use them in my Substack blog, “Letters from an Elder.” CTK
Thank-you so much for expressing your feelings so eloquently. This past week has been a painful time, and I look to your comments to help me become grounded again.
Especially in light of this recent tragedy, we should be coming together; not subscribing to politics and power that only serve to divide. We are called to something else that rises above all this. Thank-you for constantly showing us direction and reminding us that there is something greater than the chaos of these times.
As a woman of God and a godly example of humanness, you are allowed to rant, we are all allowed to rant now and then. Trump and his gang are an extreme affront to humanity. Your writings help me to maintain my sanity and hope in this chaotic and crazy world. Bless you Cameron!!!
Thank you, thank you, for pointing to the correction of the comments of this president who sees only personal gain in every situation. I appreciate your words of hope and wisdom and inclusion every day. Every single word.
It may be different in the States but I trained as a pilot in Australia in the mid 80s, straight out of High School. It was all I wanted to do but I couldn’t hack the sexism - blatant and subtle in so many ways - so I bailed before getting to commercial. There were so few of us, we were anomalies, freaks. My friend Helen persisted and became one of Qantas’s first female Captains… you always needed to be BETTER than the ‘boys’. Thank you @RevCameronTrimble -
Great to think of you up in the skies. And working with the brilliant @MegWheatley.
I’m so grateful that you expressed so well what I and every woman I know are feeling in response to the ignorant remarks made by a man who is the president of the United States at a press conference! I am so furious I am screaming! It brings back painful memories of when I was ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church(U.S.A.) and was told at my first interview with a Pastor Nominating Committee that I was the “token” woman interviewee because the denomination required it. One man told me it wasn’t natural for a woman to be a pastor. We are in this together! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Thank you. As a frequent business traveler I am in the hands of female pilots and pilots of color every week. And I never feel a slight bit of anxiety or concern. To politicize this is so deeply wrong and demeaning not only of the aviation professionals in this situation but deeply insensitive to all the victims and their families. Know those of us who fly with all of our aviation professionals stand with you in your outrage and your grief. I was on a plane Thursday night following the tragedy Wednesday and I thanked those who cared for me at American Airlines that night with tears in my eyes for them.

Thank you. The president is beyond despicable. Where is an empathizer-in-chief when we need one?
Thank you! We need to continue to speak the truth in spite of the efforts of this administration to tear down anything that is decent in this country.
I am always looking forward to hearing your observations and comforting words, and honesty!

THANK YOU…..I love how you say it like it is. I look forward to your daily messages.
Thank you. ... More of us need to find our voice, spoken in truth with compassion, in this uncertain time.
