“But we also care for something deeper… We refuse to let fear decide how we treat each other… We stay connected to what is real and good…”
What you name here feels so deeply true to the times we are living in.
As I read this, I find myself recognizing it as a profound call to what I have come to call Sacred Listening—a way of meeting one another, and the world, that does not collapse into fear, reactivity, or separation.
It is a way of staying present, even now.
Of listening beneath the surface.
Of refusing to lose one another.
Thank you for naming this so clearly and courageously.
Somehow, I wish you were here, at this spiritual living convention with my community of leaders, teachers, prayers, light workers...to share your vision, wisdom, and clarity with us all...I know you are listening deeply to God, as we all are right now, and deeply appreciate the ideas you share with us. Blessings
I am sorry to say that the atrocities did not stop. They just took another direction.
I focus my view much on Lebanon because I know people from there. My friend told me that Beirut was being attacked by bombers - after the armistice toward Iran.
Yesterday I participated in a small group (internet meeting) about the situation in Lebanon.
There was anger and grief. There were scattered minds. We all agreed to stay human - to stand up for humanity, ours and everyone’s, in whichever way we are able …
It’s really hard to make a comment, however, until the American People stand up and do something, nothing will happen until Trump’s next venture. He, his family, his Reich and the billionaires will, however, make billions in the next two weeks while America sink deeper into debt….
This is what I most love:

Sacred listening - a beautiful word. Which reminds me of the term ‘sacred hospitality’, coined by Orland Bishop.

In the USA...
standards defied, safeguards weak,
“systems are failing.”
...
Living through collapse...
adjust, accept, tolerate,
sigh, capitulate?
...
Living faithfully...
“stay clear, grounded, committed,”
steady, connected.
...
Something is being born...
“speak out, put pressure, protest,”
choose our becoming.
