Your meditations have been spot on and quite remarkable in recent months. You identify the issues, build up our courage, and inspire hope. Thank you.

Thank you, Marcia. I am so grateful to hear that they are helpful to you. Writing them helps me find my bearings in all of the chaos. These are days of significant consequence. Philosopher Bayo Akomolafe says of these days: "The times are urgent; let us slow down." I hope these meditations help us slow down to reflect.

Yes, indeed, your meditations do help me to slow down, pause and reflect. Thank you. I appreciate the questions and prayers as well as the meditative reflections you start out with. You help me to stay grounded in truth and love, and in deep relationship with our beloved Creator and beloved Creation. Thank you again!

Thank you for this. I would not have known about these rallies but for your alert. I went to the one in downtown Tampa and am so glad I did.

I find that fear and anger are warning signals that alert me to pay attention. I appreciate you making note that fear is not our primary motivation or mode of being. We are made to be motivated by love, to live with deep joy, and to be guided by wisdom. I find myself also guided by fear to recall that my identity is in relationship with our Creation and with the whole Creation - and not with the false security of money or temporal wealth and power. This is always true, but we often forget it, it seems!
